Privacy Policy
How We Handle Your Data.
Last updated: 1 August 2026.
EcoEconomy ("EE") is an early-stage community initiative built and operated by Inte.Team. EE is not yet its own separate registered legal entity — until it is, Inte.Team is the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Inte.Team (sole trader)
Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, UK

What data we collect
Right now, this site collects personal data in one place: the "Become a Member" form in Step 5. When you submit it, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Anything you choose to add in the optional message field
That form is embedded from and processed directly by Inte.Team's own CRM system — the same system used for Inte.Team's existing membership and booking processes. If you contact us directly by phone or email instead, we collect whatever details you choose to share with us in that conversation.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Process your membership application and confirm it with you
- Contact you about your application or membership
- Keep basic records for accounting purposes
Our lawful basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request prior to entering one) — namely, setting up your Inte.Team membership.
Cookies and third-party content
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies of our own. This page loads fonts directly from Google Fonts, and the Step 5 membership form is loaded directly from Inte.Team's own CRM — both may involve requests to those services in the course of loading the page or submitting the form.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, for any product. Your data may be disclosed where required by law (for example, to HMRC for tax purposes, or to law enforcement if legally compelled).
How long we keep your data
We keep membership application records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations, and no longer than 6 years after that, in line with UK record-keeping requirements for a small business.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Ask us to delete your data (this right may not apply to records we're legally required to keep for accounting purposes).
- Restriction & Objection: Object to or ask us to restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Complaint: You can make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection (www.ico.org.uk).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@inte.team.
Data transfers
All your personal data is processed and stored securely within the UK.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as EE develops — for example, once EE has its own domain, email, or becomes a separate registered legal entity. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
